Essential Service

As a Commercial HR Waste Truck Driver, you'll be the safety champion and backbone of the operation.
  • Master the Rig: Expertly navigate modern Rearlift & Hiab vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient daily runs of large commercial skip bins & waste containers.
  • Own the Route: Execute designated scheduled commercial runs like a pro, delivering reliable, on-time service that keeps businesses running smoothly with commercial waste collection, transport & disposable activities.
  • Solo Success: You’re flying solo, tackling your route with independence. No offsider? No problem. You’ll be expertly managing and rolling commercial bins like a boss.
  • Safety First: Uphold all safety standards, maintain vigilance for hazards, and report any issues immediately.
Essential Requirements: Ready to Shift Gears?
We're looking for the best talent behind the wheel. To be considered, the following is a requirement:
  • Current HR Licence: A mandatory, valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Licence.
  • Proven Experience: At least 12 months of solid, verifiable HR driving experience (prior waste industry & rear lift experience is a requirement).
  • The Right Attitude: A commitment to safety and a reliable work ethic.
  • Reliable Transport: Personal transport is essential to ensure you make those early starts at our Wetherill Park depot.
  • Clearance: Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol test and a police check.
  • Your Record: A current NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) driving history report.
Important Note on Training: Please be advised that the first month of employment involve essential on-site training and compliance, where you will be paid with start times from (12:30-5:30AM) to a full 8 hour shift pending your workload.
